A decorating game where every client has opinions.

A casual decorating game for Meta Horizon on phones and the web. Every job is a new client with their own taste and an empty house; they react live as you furnish it, then pay in stars and boxes of new furniture.

01 — THE PROBLEM

Make decorating a game, not a sandbox.

Decorating is fun, but on its own it has no stakes. Interior Designer gives every room a person to please: each job brings a new client with their own taste and an empty house, and the game is about reading them, furnishing for them and earning the furniture to do it better next time. Built by a small team in a few months, for phones and the web.

02 — THE BUILD

Three decisions that make every job feel personal.

  1. A child’s bedroom being furnished, with the client’s portrait, a Done button and the designer rank in stars

Clients who react while you work

You pick furniture from your collection and watch the client react live, so you can change the plan before handing the house over.

  2. A bold purple room with a yellow kitchen, furnished for a client with blue hair

Rewards that feed the next job

Every job earns a star rating and cardboard boxes of new furniture. As your designer rank rises, clients get pickier, so the collection always has to keep growing.

  3. A rustic ranch house with leather sofas and a dining table, furnished for a cowboy client

Built for one hand, in portrait

The whole UI is designed for vertical play on a phone, built in Noesis and TypeScript on Meta Horizon, with Claude Code for AI-assisted development.
