01 — THE PROBLEM
Give families a reason to explore the whole mall.
Atrium Poland wanted an event that would bring families into its shopping centres and keep them moving through the whole building, not just one corridor. It also had to be genuinely educational, not just a branded game.
02 — THE BUILD
Three decisions that made the mall the game board.

QR codes spread across the building
Codes placed around each mall lead players from one animal to the next, so playing the game means exploring the whole centre.

Every animal has a task
Scanning a code puts an animal face to face with the player in AR, and each one sets a challenge. A mysterious guide, Klara, leads the story, and her identity is only revealed at the end.

Learn, collect, share
Each collected animal unlocks a profile with facts, like why ladybirds have spots or what a peacock’s tail is for. A selfie mode lets players share their favourite animal on social media.
