01 — THE PROBLEM
An experience that works on every headset, every time.
For the Summer Olympics in Paris, visitors progressed through a predefined VR journey on Meta Quest headsets. With a large fleet of devices at an event, the main operational requirement was reliable delivery at scale: every headset had to be installed, kept up to date and ready for the next visitor.

A guided, predefined journey
Visitors move through a set VR journey, so every session is consistent and easy for event staff to run, even for first-time headset users.
A deployment and update strategy for the fleet
The app was designed to be installed, maintained and revised efficiently across many Quest headsets, so fixes and updates could roll out without slowing the event down.
