01 — THE PROBLEM

A campaign that needed more than a lookbook.

For the “Comfort My Way” campaign, Triumph and Yellow Events wanted people to step into the brand’s world, see the new collection in a more engaging way, and sign up for immersive workshops. All of it had to run in a web browser, with nothing to install.

02 — THE BUILD

Three decisions that shaped the experience.

  1. Main room of the showroom with a “Comfort My Way” video wall

A narrator and points of interest

A narrator guides visitors through each stage. Two interactive spaces hide points of interest with facts about fashion and design, so exploring is rewarded.

  2. Triumph virtual showroom in soft pink tones

A quiz that routes to the right workshop

Instead of a list of three workshops, a short quiz recommends the one that best fits each visitor’s needs and personality.

  3. Fitting room space with product cards, a video panel and a progress map along the bottom

    A 360° product catalogue

More than a dozen products were digitised with 360° photography and built into the experience, so visitors can inspect each piece from every side.
